Here are three ways being vocal can be so encouraging:

1 – Conversation – Sharing ideas with others sparks conversation, and conversation is the beginning of all positive change – for ourselves and for our communities.

2 – Collaboration – the more we speak up; the more ideas others may be inspired to share with us and others in return.  It’s the magic of mirror neurons which compels us to share more of ourselves once someone else shares with us.  This leads to collaboration, or simply working with someone else or other people to make things better.  So we might as well be vocal, to start the collaboration.

3 – Connection – when we open up and share our own ideas, we find out just how much we might have in common with other people.  That’s when connection happens.  Connection is when two or more people begin forming a great bond or friendship.  Connection with others helps us stay healthy in mind, body, and spirit.  

GIVING encouragement and showing how much, we appreciate special people in our lives will always create a positive atmosphere around us, no matter where we go.
